Returns & Exchanges Policy

All Ventura Studio eyewear is produced on demand and made specifically for your order.
Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@venturastudio.design.
We will review your case and provide instructions for replacement if eligible.

We cannot accept returns for reasons of preference, change of mind, or order mistakes once production has started.
