   • All Ventura Studio eyewear is produced on demand.

   • Production time is up to 70 days after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping

   • Shipping costs shown on the website are estimates only.

   • Final shipping will be calculated once the order is confirmed, based on the total quantity of items.

3. Returns & Exchanges

   • Because products are made to order, returns and exchanges are only accepted in case of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

   • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

4. Intellectual Property

   • All content, designs, and images on this website are the property of Ventura Studio and may not be used without permission.

5. Liability

   • Ventura Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processes, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
